A couple of months ago, I needed some advice on a personal matter and there is no one locally that I knew personally or attends our groups with such skills.
Immediately, I turned to the forum and looked for someone that:
- had the relevant skills or closeby
- had great feedback from other 4N members
- was active on the forum and liked
- (most importantly) someone that I could trust without having even met them!
I came up with Bill and what a fantastic decision. Bill instantly made me feel at ease, he was calm, listened, offered great advice, followed up and I am truly grateful for his help.
