. Every legal document is drafted by a real barrister, not a piece of software and at compeptetive prices’. We offer a number of ways for you to save money on expert legal advice and the right Will for your circumstances

1. You get a free, no obligation consultation

We can provide you with service face-to-face at your home or office (depending on the area) if that suits you.

Wills

For most people, we can write Wills at a distance using phone, Skype, email & PDF, the post or through an online form.

2. We draft your Will and send it to you to read and sign

Your Will is drafted by a real person, not a computer program. So, if you have any questions, we will explain everything in plain English. If you need something changed, we can talk through it together.
If we are completing your Will at a distance, we send it to you for signatures (attestation).  All you need to do is follow the instructions we give you for signing it with your witnesses and post it back to us for review and secure storage.

3. Free 1st year secure storage

Your first year of secure Will storage is included free of charge. While you continue to store your Will us, you will be able to make minor updates to it free of charge (small postage fee may apply).
Our storage facility is fire-proof, water-proof, and fully insured. Storing your will with us means that it can be easily located and is accessible to your executors when the time comes. Storage after the first year is £39.00 per year.

What if things change or I need more information?

Most situations are fairly straightforward. However, if you any need further advice, if things change or if you just want more information, we can talk you through it as part of the service.
If you need to update your Will at any time while it is stored with us, you can make updates free of charge.
How much does a Will cost?

We willalways give you a fair quotation during your free initial consultation .

If your situation is fairly straightforward (husband, wife, child), prices for a pair of mirror Wills are from £165 including VAT for at-a-distance service (like over the phone or email) and from £210 including VAT for face-to-face service.

In all cases, the first year of secure storage is included in the price and free updates whilst your Will remains safely stored with us.

Whatever you choose, you will always get the same personal service and gain the peace of mind that comes with putting your affairs in good order.
